Coriander Chutney, commonly known as Green Chutney, is a versatile chutney which goes with almost any snack. It can be used as dip or spread. It is easy to make and can be stored in a refrigerator for 4-5 days.

Ingredients
  • 2 Coriander leaves bunch
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Water or as required
How-To
  1. Wash and roughly chop coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger.

  2. Place the chopped ingredients in a blender jar.

  3. Add salt, lemon juice and water.

  4. Blend everything thoroughly. Don't make it too watery.

  5. Refrigerate the chutney in an airtight container.

  6. Use as and when required.
