Paneer Jalfrezi or Vegetable Paneer Jalfrezi is an absolutely delectable Indian curry. It’s super easy to make. Unlike other curries, it does not have runny gravy, it’s more of a stir fry with dry gravy. If you like to relish paneer, this recipe is for you. Having said that, you can simply eat it as a side dish or serve with any bread.
Moving onto recipe ingredients, it uses chilies so it’s on the spicier side. Green chilies, Green/Yellow/Red bell pepper etc. If you have tried my Chili Paneer and liked it, then try this dish too. I am sure you would end up making it often. Above all, I have shared No Onion No Garlic version of this curry for my friends who don’t eat onion/garlic.
