Bread Pizza is an instant version of our favorite pizza! It requires no yeast, no dough, no baking! With toppings of your choice handy, it gets ready in 5 minutes.

I usually make bread pizza as a tea time snack. We devour it with hot chai. Toppings I use are onions, tomatoes, green bell pepper and cheese. You can add or substitute per your choice e.g corn, olives, spinach etc. We generally keep shredded 4 cheese pack handy so I use it in my pizza, pasta, avocado toast etc. It tastes just yummy 😛

So let’s see a step by step picture recipe.

Step by Step Recipe of Bread Pizza:

  • We will be using below ingredients.
  • Start by applying butter on both sides of the bread.
  • Spread pizza sauce or tomato chili sauce (it tastes better than pizza sauce).
  • Now add shredded cheese.
  • Add chopped onions first.
  • Then add chopped green bell pepper.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes.
  • Top it with more cheese.
  • Heat tawa or griddle. Keep these bread slices on tawa and toast on medium heat.
  • Once cheese starts melting and toppings are cooked, remove from tawa. Sprinkle oregano and red chili flakes.
  • Cut into triangular shapes using pizza cutter or knife and serve hot.

Ingredients
  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 Capsicum
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce / Tomato Chili Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1-2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1-2 tsp Oregano
How-To
  1. Apply butter on both sides of bread slices.

  2. Apply pizza sauce or tomato chili sauce.

  3. Add shredded cheese.

  4. Add onions, tomatoes, green pepper.

  5. Top it with more cheese.

  6. Heat tawa. Keep prepared bread slices on tawa

  7. Toast on medium high flame. Once cheese starts melting and toppings are cooked. remove from heat.

  8. Cut into triangular slices. Sprinkle red chili flakes, oregano and serve hot.

Recipe Notes
  • You can use any veggies of your choice.
  • Choose bread as per your choice. I have used white bread but you can replace it with wheat bread, multigrain bread or garlic bread etc.
  • You can use any cheese of your choice or completely skip.
