Happy Navratri folks! Navratri is a Hindu festival that spans nine nights. It signifies power, purity and victory of Shakti over evil. This period is considered as auspicious and hence many people observe fast. Only certain foods are consumed during fasting such as fruits, sago, dry fruits etc. Some of the fasting recipes I shared earlier are Bhagar, Shengdanyachi Amti and Upvas Batata Bhaji. Today I am sharing a no fuss fasting recipe ‘Upvasache Paushtik Ladoo‘. These are Sugar free and requires no cooking.

Dates and Nuts ladoo are healthy and extremely nutritious. They taste so yummy that you can’t have just one. Also they are soft, so from toddlers to elders, everyone can enjoy it. I learnt to make these from my mother who makes lots of no fuss dishes.
