It’s officially summer! My fond memory about summers is eating Popsicle. They taste so yumm! Colorful, vibrant and super cold πŸ™‚ I miss them since I came to USA. So I decided to make some with real fruits.

I had orange and watermelon at the time. I blended them separately, strained the purees and tada! Bright and beautiful Orange Watermelon Popsicle are ready!

You can make these with almost any fruits available. Berries, mango, kiwi you name it. Just check the sweetness of the juice and if required add little honey.

To separate the colors and flavors, pour one fruit juice and freeze it for 1-2 hours. When it’s slightly frozen, pour another juice to fill the mold. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Next day, wash the molds under running tap water for a while. Take out the Popsicle and enjoy πŸ™‚
