Mango is the National Fruit of India. It is also known as ‘Konkan cha Raja‘ (King of Konkan). April-June is considered as a season of mangoes. We used to buy big boxes of mangoes and enjoy variety of mango delicacies such as Aamras, Amrakhand, Mango Milkshake, Mango Lassi and Mango Ice-cream.
Mango Milkshake / Mango Mastani is an aromatic and delicious drink prepared with blending mangoes, milk and sugar. One can get variety of mangoes in India. But the milkshake tastes best with Alphonso Mango as these are sweet and juicy.
