Idli Fry is a quick stir fry of leftover steamed idlis.
Chop steamed idlis into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, add mustard seeds, let them crackle. Add curry leaves and ginger green chili paste.
Now add turmeric, red chili powder, sugar and salt.
Add chopped idli pieces and toss quickly, Saute for minute,
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve with hot tea.
