Jeera rice is a cumin flavored rice often served with Dal tadka.
Wash rice grains and soak for 20 mins.
After 20 mins, add rice grains in pressure cooker/rice cooker/IP. Add 2 and 1/2 cups of water. Cook completely.
Once cooked, fluff with fork and spread it on plate. Let it cool.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Then add green chilies.
Now add cooked rice and mix. Add salt and chopped coriander. Saute for couple of minutes.
Switch off the gas and remove in serving bowl.
Serve hot with Dal Tadka.
