Bitter Gourd Shallow Fry is a shallow fried, spiced
Wash bitter gourd and cut into thin round slices.
Apply salt and red chili powder and keep aside.
Heat griddle on medium heat.
Coat the slices in semolina and shallow fry on griddle with few drops of oil.
Once cooked from one side, flip them and cook again until brown and crispy.
Serve as a side dish with rice.
