Masala Pav is a spicy and tasty snack made with ladi pav and spiced mix of veggies.
Roughly make pieces of pav and keep aside.
Finely chop 1 onion and 3 tomatoes.
Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds.
Add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Saute until raw smell goes away.
Once onions are cooked, add chopped tomatoes and salt.
Cook until tomatoes are mushy.
Add red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and water. Mix well.
Add pav pieces and try to coat pieces with masala. Saute for couple of minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
