Sabudana Khichdi is a simple fasting dish prepared with soaked sabudana.
Soak sabudana for 40 minutes in enough water. After that, drain the water and keep covered for another half n hour.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add chopped green chili.
Then add chopped potato pieces and sprinkle some water. Cover and let it cook.
Once potato is cooked, add soaked sabudana and peanut powder. Mix well.
Then add salt, sugar and cook for few minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
