A soothing drink for summer made with green mangoes and jaggery.
In a pressure cooker, add green mangoes and water. Cook for up to 3 whistles.
After it's done, transfer them into a bowl and let them cool.
Peel the mangoes and take out the pulp. Remove seed.
In a blender, add the pulp and jaggery. Blend into a smooth paste. Do not add water.
Transfer the mix into a glass bowl and store it in a refrigerator.
In a glass, add 2-3 tbsp of Panha mix.
Add cold water and black salt. Stir and mix really well.
Top it with mint leaves and add ice if desired.
